Matt Vroom, as Head of Development at Time Square Development, negotiated and oversaw the sale of the property to CIM for the partnership. The 34-story luxury rental building was completed in 2010 and offers over 2,500 square feet of retail space, attended lobby, fitness center, rooftop lounge and views of the Empire State Building, Midtown and Lower Manhattan. The project utilized a curtain wall system for the south and north facades, and each residence are provided with a PTAC unit for air-conditioning and heat.
