Atrium was engaged by Performing Real Estate Strategies to act as an Owner's Representative for the full renovation of a three story existing building and included the addition of a partial floor on-top of the existing property. The project is over 3,000 square feet and consists of a new steel structure, interiors and the construction of a partial 4th floor. The property is comprised of ground-floor retail, a 2nd floor residential unit, and a residential duplex on the 3rd and 4th floor with outdoor terrace and roof space. The project was completed in 2015.
