Matt Vroom, as Head of Development at Time Square Development, managed the disposition of this ground-up $100 million sliver tower project. 785 8th Ave (ICON New York) is a completed 43-story luxury rental building with 2,500 square feet of retail space, attended lobby, fitness center, rooftop lounge and breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline. The project was one of the most difficult ground-up projects in the city due to the narrow frontage of 24 feet on 8th Avenue and height of over 500 feet.
