Atrium acquired this off-market industrial building in September 2021 with a tenant in place, then led a full re-leasing effort after the original tenant vacated. The firm negotiated the new tenancy and oversaw the work throughout the building, installing warehouse heaters, LED lighting, and new dock doors and bumpers, bringing in new electrical service with the added capacity the tenant required, and repainting inside and out. Atrium also secured the approvals to fence and pave the rear one-acre yard and managed the office build-out for the incoming tenant.
