Atrium served as owner's representative for the LP on a full renovation led by the GP partner, which included new internal structure and the addition of a partial new top floor, converting the building into ground-floor retail with two units above. Atrium tracked progress and budget weekly, met with the GC and GP each week to work through issues and schedule, and provided weekly status reports to the LP.
